Since launch in November 2005, we have held a number of exciting and interesting events at Living Concepts.

1. Photographic Exhibition – summer 2006
   A beautiful portrayal of the Orange River in black and white entitled “Black & White on Orange” by Bruce Hill, fine art photographer.
   
   
2. Andrea Brand from Healing Image – winter 2006
   Morning workshop in June 2006 on the use of colour and how it affects your psyche, given by Andrea Brand, a qualified colour therapist and psychologist.
   
   
3. Beautiful Table Settings with Plascon Living Concepts and Congo Joe – summer 2006.
   Morning workshop in November 2006 incorporating Plascon Inspired Colour colours into table settings and illustrating how the use of colour can enhance any table setting.
   
   
4. Art Therapy Workshops – winter 2007
   A 4 week workshop in conjunction with the Art Therapy Centre based on the 4 themes of the Plascon Forecast palette: Philosophy, Anthropology, Archeology and Astrology. Each workshop used different mediums (paint, clay and various textured materials) to create their individual works of art.
   
   
5. Paint Demo’s
   During the week, customers can book paint demonstrations on Suede and how it is correctly applied, and get advice on various basic paint effects.
